Job Description:
Role and Responsibility include all or few of the following:
Maintaining accounting books in Indian GAAP & US GAAP separately as per accounting requirements of respective GAAPPlay an active role in the month, quarter and year-end close.Ensure all month-end activities are completed within the agreed time & of the highest quality.Verify and process Employee reimbursement & Travel bills against HR Policies and accounting accordingly in ERP.Day to Day vendor Invoice processing after ensuring required approvals are available.Experience in Fixed asset & Depreciation accounting.Making an ageing report for release the payment to Vendors.Preparing Payment Forecast (Weekly/Monthly) for Budgeting.Clearing of Vendor balances and Keep track of employee advances.Amortization of prepaid expenses and expense provisions monthlyAccounts Payable General Ledger review. Knowledge & Experience of TDS /GST returns & statutory remittances. Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation To handle Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit with big four audit firms Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.Experience in any accounting ERP is a must.Experience in STPI activities will be an added advantage.Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of accounting systems and concepts.Must possess strong & effective written and verbal communication & presentation skills.Requirements/Qualifications:
