Job DescriptionHandle Source, Make and Deliver projectsHandle average number of projects and with medium complexityHandle projects related to internal Logistic, cross departments and suppliers as well as PT standardReview value stream mapping and identify improvement processesRoll out projects derived from PT level Analyze risks and opportunities Develop project strategiesDefine project scope and objectivesDefine ideal improvement stepsDerive relevant KPIsMonitor implementation steps and project progressMeasure "before" and "after' resultsAssess stability of implemented processEstablish process steps via process flow, Work Instruction or SOPConduct briefing to end users on the concept and requirementGather feedback for further improvement and fine tuning existing processManage change when necessary to meet project outputsProvide continuous improvement and support on focus areaConduct workshop and training on relevant topicsUndertake any other tasks or ad hoc assignments as requiredQualificationsDegree in any discipline with related working experienceMinimum 2 years working experience in supply chain environment is an added advantageGood knowledge of project managementKnowledge of IT, RFID & SAPFlexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessaryUnderstands impact and consequences of own actionsStrong in communication to all levels of management and cross functional departments as well as suppliers
