Maintain LMS dashboard reporting. + Identify and practice process improvement solutions to boost productivity and save the time taken to perform the task manually. + Analyze daily operations to find areas that need improvement and drive process improvement. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Requirements** + A Bachelor's degree (e.g., Data Science, Human Resources, Business Management etc.) + Advanced in Microsoft Excel functionality + Excellent analytical, organizational, and data analysis skills + 2 years of hands-on experience in visualisation tools such as Power BI or equivalent. + Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed. + Ability to work well independently + Experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing in these tools. + Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
