We are seeking a detailed oriented and high performing team member to work hands on with finance leadership with a variety of treasury operation activities including managing daily cash flow and liquidity, banking relationship management, and debt facility transactions.
Duties include:
Treasury cash operations support including wires, ACHs, book transfers, positive pay, fraud filters, debt borrowing activities (etc) using treasury management systems and online banking portalsAssist with preparation of complex bank documentation to open and close bank accounts; responds to bank AML/KYC compliance inquires; and assists with bank relationship managementBecomes familiar with using all types of treasury products and services, managing bank signatory authority lists, and online banking service profile user set upAssists with daily cash position reporting needs and prepares ad hoc balance reporting requestsAssists with debt facility compliance reporting as requestedAssists with short-term cash investing activitiesAnalyze bank service charges and recommend cost savingsAssist with process improvements, treasury shared service initiatives, special projects, and evaluations of new treasury technologyEnsures compliance with SOX and SOC internal controls, policies and proceduresWe are looking for someone with…
Extraordinary attention to detail with strong administrative skillsKnowledge of Treasury concepts, banking systems, and familiar with AML/KYC/OFACCan effectively communicate internal and external stakeholders including company executives, investor relations, bankers, and investorsStrong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointGeneral understanding of accounting procedures and processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environmentBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field required1-2 years of Treasury, Finance, Accounting experienceCTP, CPA, CFA – Desirable; Experience with Kyriba (or Treasury Management Systems) or Real Estate companies a plus!What we offer
