BFF Analytical B1. This position is for individual interested in technical work to lead uncertainties through technical results. The equity of Analytical Organization is the master of measurement science to innovate and enable business. It is in Global Baby Care, Feminine Care and Family Care Analytical and focusing on China Fem Care business. Work Location is P&G Beijing Innovation Center.

Important Responsibilities:

Project management as Analytical contact to deliver initiative and saving projects on time with quality. Lead Analytical capability team to ensure Analytical readiness at all project management gates and provide critical technical insights to guide decision making without compliance outage.Based on deep understanding on category knowledge and business needs, leverage available resource or develop new methods to deliver high quality data to ensure business.Collaborate with business partners and digital leader to deliver data activation capability and accelerate innovation.Supervise junior people to grow organization and capability

Qualification criteria

Educational background: PhD degree majoring in chemistry, material, bioscience, physics, engineering or related fields with

·      Critical Thinking & Communication – capability to collect and analysis relevant data and develop executable strategy. Good interpersonal skills to guide business to align on the optimized proposal.

·      Leadership & Innovation - Use resources well. Eager to understand and seek difficult problems using external and internal resources. Able to reapply what is known or shown elsewhere in new circumstances.

·      Teamwork- Works well in a multi-functional team. Shown interpersonal skills to work in multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborate both internally and externally.
