Analytical Scientist - Research and Development Manager
Position Level: Entry-level management with some experience.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Work Schedule: Full-time.

We are looking for a passionate leader leveraging Analytical/Measurement Science as a competitive advantage for the Baby and Fem Care business.

Important Responsibilities:

Partner effectively with other R&D disciplines like PR/PD, GMDSO, Packaging & project teams to deliver the priorities with excellence against stretch timing requirements. 

Communicate results and conclusions concisely in reports to business partners. 

Lead and overview the Baby & Fem Care Analytical/Measurement Science Program as SPOC allocating the right resources to fulfill the business needs.

Partner with PR/PD to develop models predicting the consumer.

Deliver against our mission of structured data in Nexus.

Advance Test Method Automation for frequently high-volume TM’s.

Advance the ability to get more out of data and images, apply data activation tools. 

Lead Analytical HSE program. Maintain and improve where needed the HSE & QA culture.

Job Qualifications

Master or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or similar discipline

Demonstrates expertise (understanding of technical fundamentals/practical application) in their analytical/knowledge area via in lab experimentation. Ability to actively work with R&D business partners and Discipline contacts to define project needs.

Ability to work across Disciplines & Functions and able to work through others.

Ability to develop technical plans, strategies, and resourcing proposals to meet program needs (whether as project SPOC or in-lab contributor) with limited input from manager/technical coach.
