Your role and responsibilities
Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, extensions, upgrades, and retrofits; end-of-life services, replacements, etcInvestigating customer needs through professional consulting.Providing technical consulting on service solutions to management and customersManaging customer relationships and maintaining regular contact with key customersConducting specialist support and advisory service for the Sales team.Providing site healthy check for ABB installation base site and map Analyzers into servISCoordinating and executing specialist service projects in relevant areas internally and externally (e.g., create milestones, project plan, cost supervision, action steps, project reviews, and project supervision) including all commercialsPreparing all documents and reporting to be signed by the customer representativeProviding service training to channel partner and end customer to grow their skill for ABB analyzersDetermining suggestions for product and quality improvement proactively and communicates them further in the ABB organization
Qualifications for the roleDegree holder from instrumentation, automation or electrical engineering or other related courses3 to 5 years of service experience on water and gas analyzer in water and power utility industriesAbility to travel to customer site and manage multi tasks in a certain periodGood communications skills in English and Filipino, local VisMin dialect is an advantageCustomer and service-focused mindset
