Job Description As owner of the International P&L, this role is responsible for managing the consolidation and integration of all financial KPIs and drivers. Serves as support and empowers the Inbound and Outbound businesses to make data-driven decision-making possible through effective analytic strategies. Able to translate data to actionable insights.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes ownership of the International P&L—tracking, analyzing and consolidating financial data from business units to provide a comprehensive view for strategic decision-making
Oversees business reviews, forecasting and annual budget requirements
Synergy lead for total International, championing check and balance for revenue and payout per destination/partner and stream
Leverages on analytics to scout for opportunities and mitigates financial risks to accelerate growth and improve profitability for Inbound and Outbound
Oversees the extraction, development and implementation of data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across the different businesses
Establishes and maintains data quality and accuracy for all reports, providing a single source of truth for the business unit
Works in collaboration with Finance groups to manage settlement, provisions and collection efforts for International
KPIs:
1. Financial (Total GSR, Total NSR, Payout Ratio, Bad Debts)
2. Bad debts and Collection rate targets
3. Cost transformation initiatives
