Analytics Coordinator

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. **Overview** As an Assistant Analyst, you will work with experienced analysts on analyzing campaign effectiveness within the agency, both offline and online. Success for this position is measured by the ability to deliver reports in a timely fashion that are rich with sound insights and recommendations while maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data. An ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and will also be detail-oriented and passionate about working with data and providing insights. **Responsibilities** Roles and Responsibilities include: + Producing campaign reports and analysis for linear, streaming, digital video, display, paid social, and other paid/non-paid media channels. + Developing benchmarks to set expectations and goals for campaign performance. + Gleaning and communicating observations and insights from campaign results. + Identifying learnings based on various placement types, messages and creative executions. + Supporting media planning team for ad hoc analysis and report assignments. + Consolidating and integrating reports across similar campaigns. + Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficiencies. + Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables. + Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required. + All other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Candidate experience should include: + Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or other quantitative discipline. + Work or Internship experience in a professional service related to marketing or advertising. + Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Google Campaign Manager (CM360), Adobe, Google Analytics, etc. + Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation. + Enthusiasm for working with numbers and discovering the business stories within them. + Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively. + Experience dealing with large datasets. + Problem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide reporting solutions. + Critical thinking skills - Capable of generating consistent and accurate reporting results back to program and campaign objectives. + Experience with online and offline media is a plus - specifically performance data for rich media creative, site conversions attributed to media and attitudinal lifts in brand attributes. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
