Analytics Services Senior ConsultantSummary of the roleThe Analytics & CRO Senior Consultant is an important, client-facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of airline clients and maintaining relationships with senior executives, including C-Level. This role involves delivering comprehensive analytics services to airlines, including data analysis, modeling, and actionable business insights. The consultant will develop and implement strategies to enhance airlines' e-commerce performance, emphasizing skills in data visualization using tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI (Business Intelligence). Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand each client's business objectives and market dynamics, ultimately achieving maximum returns and client goals.
In this role you’ll:
Oversee a portfolio of airline clients, acting as the primary point of contact for senior executives, including C-Level (Chief-Level).
Gather, analyze, and model client data, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers) using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.
Support and guide consulting sessions to enhance airlines' e-commerce businesses, offering recommendations for improving media mix, marketing campaign content, traffic quality, IBE (Internet Booking Engine) efficiency, merchandising, upsell opportunities, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy, SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategy, content strategy, and similar analyses.
Present insights and recommendations to airline representatives, ranging from analysts to C-Level (Chief-Level) executives, ensuring clear and impactful communication of findings.
Collaborate with other teams to assess and address customer pain points, ensuring comprehensive support.
Collect data from various sources to generate actionable insights, design and execute A/B (A/B testing) and multivariate tests to optimize digital booking experiences, and oversee the definition and maintenance of dashboards and reports of customer KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Support the digital services team in writing business cases and white papers, contributing to thought leadership, and benchmark airline industry and cross-industry digital innovations to provide cutting-edge insights.
Develop and implement data visualization solutions using Qlik, Power BI (Business Intelligence), or Tableau to present data in an easily understandable and actionable format, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and analytics deliverables by implementing best practices for data management and quality control.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in consulting, data analysis, and providing recommendations to improve business performance in any industry.
Familiarity with various database technologies, including SQL (Structured Query Language), and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and methodologies, and a strong understanding of UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) principles.
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and modeling client data, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and/or market data to develop business insights.
Proven experience building effective and aesthetically pleasing dashboards in Qlik, Power BI (Business Intelligence), or Tableau, and overseeing the definition and maintenance of dashboards and reports of customer KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies, Azure Databricks, and Databricks SQL (Structured Query Language). Knowledge of Snowflake Data Cloud is a plus.
Experience with big data technologies, including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Impala, is beneficial but not required.
Hands-on experience writing code in Scala (preferred), PySpark, or Java, and with Bash scripting and Python is a plus.
