Job Description An insurance company in Portland. Oregon is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team. This person will be focused within dimensional modeling and will need experience with Azure, PowerBI, and Databricks. This team is supporting the internal Actuarial Transformation team, which is a critical ongoing project to modernize and automate within this space. Core day to day includes: - Creating data pipelines using Pyspark in Databricks notebooks. - Working in collaboration with Site Reliability Engineers to develop and implement monitoring solutions. -Promoting the use of analytics platforms with stakeholders (Power BI/MS Fabric, Databricks AI/BI, and Data) -Developing multi-dimensional data models - Strong experience in developing data models for analytics solutions  - Multi-Dimensional Models - One Big Tables (OBT) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
