DescriptionAre you passionate about data modelling and want to have a real impact on improving the data culture in a global organization? Then join us as an Analytical Engineer! Data is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a candidate who can take ownership of data models and support our other departments in making full use of them.
You’ll be working with a seasoned and highly motivated multi-cultural team of Data Engineers, DataOps Data Scientists, and Data Analysts.
Your challenge is to support business needs in a rapidly changing environment and to help AirHelp reach the next level of data maturity. You’ll work with the team in designing, building, and maintaining the AirHelp Data Platform, using modern data stack technologies like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and others.

Locations: Kraków, Gdańsk, Warsaw
What you’ll do:\nBuild and maintain scalable data models in SQL to support analytics and reporting.\nDevelop and optimize data transformations to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines.\nOptimize data warehouse performance by tuning queries, indexing, and storage strategies.\nEnsure data quality and validation through automated testing, monitoring, and anomaly detection.\nManage data documentation and lineage to ensure transparency, governance, and reproducibility.\n
Ideally, you’ll bring with you:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent.\nHands-on experience with data transformation and data modeling using dbt framework.\nSolid understanding of data warehousing principles, concepts and best practices.\nSolid understanding of Data Lake/ Lake House deployment using Snowflake or similar Cloud Data Warehousing solution (Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks or others).\nExperience with data visualization platforms (Periscope, Looker, Tableau or others).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWorking proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.\n
