Our team is seeking an experienced manager to lead our analytics engineering efforts and drive data-driven decision-making across our real estate portfolio.
The Analytics Engineering Sr Manager will help us manage real estate data including building occupancy, work orders, project management cases, transactions, and many other data points. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both analytics engineering and analysis. They are equally comfortable building dbt models or impactful Tableau Dashboards.
This role is hybrid and connects in office 3 days per week.

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or related rolesStrong experience with dbt cloud and Snowflake (or similar cloud warehouse)Strong experience building visualizations with Tableau and a thorough understanding of how data needs to be structured for efficient analysisStrong experience in SQL and data modelingExperience with ETL processes, and data warehousing conceptsStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a large, global organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field/experienceExperience working with real estate data is preferred#LI-Hybrid

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700.
