The P&G CVS Customer Team is seeking an Analytics & Insights Director to join our team! The candidate will lead the development of customer & shopper insights and analytics that will drive strategy at the enterprise level. You will partner with category teams and stakeholders to deliver sustained market growth for P&G at CVS with industry-leading consumer insights.
This is a stretching leadership role that will grow skills and have a major impact on our long-term growth, winning across our biggest categories and priorities with the customer! In this role, you can expect to lead the following:
Develop best in class analytics & insights capabilities to enable an agile, winning CVS Customer TeamUnlock strategic choices and joint business planning opportunities for incremental sales and category growthEnable Sales Leaders with insights to influence top-level CVS executives in ongoing engagements that will drive and accelerate joint business goals with CVSInfluence and partner with top-level CVS executives on enterprise transformations that deliver productivity and joint business value.Leverage analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, to answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.Coach and empower the CVS Team category growth analysts

Consumer insight understanding and experienceDemonstrated capability in data manipulation and advanced analytics.
