The Finance Manager is responsible for daily oversight and monitoring of the finance and accounting activities assigned to themselves and/or their team. Additionally, the Finance Manager provides guidance, training, and consultation to employees and finance team members regarding their specific financial services and recruitment of staff as needed. Managers may also be responsible for the maintenance and administration of financial accounting systems supporting their assigned function and maintenance of processes and internal controls within their assigned area.
What You Will Do:
Provide business and finance leadership with financial/operational analysis and insights for making informed decisions and evaluating performance. Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators. Coordinate with the order to cash team, collection and DSO performance. Support Project Accounting and Pricing Analysis. Review revenue accounts and ensure execution and approval of all revenue controls. Review, the WIP calculation and analyze account reasonability. Monitor costing allocation and ensure accuracy of these allocations. Perform budget reviews, provide commentaries for feedback to leadership and analyze budgets for reasonableness and accuracy. Assist in the consolidated financial and operational reporting activities and interpretation of results; prepare reports on financial performance for executive management and provide business insight. Analyze and coordinate preparation of monthly Revenue Flash, Consolidated Financial Statements and quarterly Financial Package Reports to Corporate Office and Regional Managers. Coordinate year-end reporting requirements for audit. Assist in preparation work for field audits and answer auditors’ queries on statutory and management accounts. Develop financial processes to ensure financial controls in place with the countries.What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or above 6-8 years Finance and Accounting experience required; 2-3 years people managementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient Excel modeling capabilities and be capable in Hyperion. Sound technical accounting/finance skills. Strong attention to detail with ability to publish accurate reports, manages multiple tasks, and prioritizes against deadlines. Highly developed business acumen and analytical skills. Strong leadership, management , and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.It Would Be Nice If You Have:

Reporting Relationships:
The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Finance. May have individual contributors report to them.
