The Analytics Relation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the strategic reporting and analysis of pertinent information for our employer clientele so that they are equipped with the data and knowledge they need to establish the most effective approach to providing their employees with comprehensive, cost-effective employee benefits. The ARC supports Employee Benefits Analysts on an assigned panel of clients who have complex benefits programs consisting of group medical, dental, life, vision, pharmacy management, disability, etc.
In this role you will:
Assist with claims reportingProvide reporting from software tools, including NavMDAssist with claims projectionsReview final sold documentation and contractsPrepare final sold evaluation, rates, imputed income, COBRA, and reviews contracts and plan docsGather documentation and information for State filing and client requests (i.e. 112.08, IBNR and OPEB)Update CAVU with final sold information on existing client renewalsAssist with plan renewal evaluationAssist with renewal history evaluationAssist with claims trend analysisPrepare executive summary on insurance renewalsCreate RFP Bid listAssist with RFP plan evaluation for ancillary lines of coverageAssist with updating final sold information and documents in agency management systemExperience we desire:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college with one (1) year of professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and applicable database programs.
