POSITION: Analytics & Reporting Analyst

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $77,000*

Reporting to the Decision Science Manager,  you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to support business strategies

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Utilize Google Cloud Platform to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources. Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical solutions. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and detailed reports. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to BI and analytics. Perform other duties as required

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years experience related to the role Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive and insightful dashboards and reports. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data management and analysis. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

 

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
