Job Description

As an Analytics Intern, you’ll join our Analytics team in the summer for 10 weeks in the summer (23rd June - 29th August 2025). You’ll be onboarded with the global internship cohort in one of our offices and learn the basics of being a Wiser, as well as understand how analytics work here.

During this time, you will work on 1-2 Analytical projects and use them to propose your own ideas to take your team further, doing what’s best for our customers.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and build our product

Carry out data analysis using various statistical methods and tools to helps us prioritise the most significant changes. All with the help of other senior analysts that will support you during your journey

Collaborate with other stakeholders in the team and have the opportunity to share your ideas, working on projects that will be the most impactful for our customers

Qualifications

You are a penultimate or final year student (graduating in 2025 or 2026) from a Bachelors or Masters degree potentially in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, STEM or Economics/Business/Finance. However, a degree in a technical field is not a must as our selection process prioritises your skills.

You are able to start a 10 weeks internship from 23 June

You enjoy using numbers and data visualisation to tell a story

You used coding to solve problems before and have some experience with using SQL, Python, R. That could be during your studies or as part of a personal project you’re passionate about!

You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature

You’re open to and value feedback in order to improve

Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything!

Eligible to work in Estonia without any sponsorship and available to work in our local Tallinn office at least twice per week to support your development
