About this opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an Analytics Tech & Integration Director to join our CoE Group Function Marketing Analytics & Automation unit. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Automation, this is an exciting role shaping Ericsson’s Marketing data landscape and enabling our global Marketing teams.
The Analytics Tech & Integration Director will develop Ericsson’s Digital Marketing data infrastructure and collaborate with other units, such as our Paid Media and Website team to utilize and activate marketing data in a compliant and most impactful way. 

 

What you will do
•    Be responsible for Ericsson’s global Tag Management setup 
•    Strategic responsibility for Ericsson’s Web analytics and UX analytics solutions and their development roadmaps, incl. preparing Ericsson Marketing for a cookieless future
•    Be responsible for cloud-based Big Data Infrastructure and develop Marketing wide data foundation that effectively enables artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced Automation
•    Engage with Ericsson’s Marketing Automation & CRM experts to enable effective Account Based Marketing (ABM) and the development of relevant account-based insights; support the development of effective customer insights for Ericsson’s regional Sales and Marketing organization to utilize
•    Collaborate with our wider Digital Marketing & Channels CoE to establish effective web personalization and automated performance optimization
•    Advise senior stakeholders on digital marketing measurement topics and create global understanding of important industry trends and digital analytics concepts
•    Collaborate with Ericsson’s Legal and IT Security units to ensure compliance with regional data protection requirements
•    Enable stakeholder communities through best practices, training, and process governance

 

You will bring
•    University degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent training/experience 
•    Minimum of 8 years experience working in Digital Marketing Analytics roles
•    Operational and strategic understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360, Power BI, Management solutions, Python, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud
•    Experience with Cloud environments, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
•    Capability to develop strategic development roadmaps and business plans
•    Background in performance marketing and proven ability to drive the effective utilization of performance marketing data in multi-channel setup 
•    Ability to drive transformations, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholder groups 
•    Attention to detail and strong project management skills
•    Working cooperatively with people and independently
•    Leadership ability and cultural awareness, ideally experience from working in global teams and project constellations.
