The team
In this challenging, hands-on role, you will be part of a small team in our Center of Excellence working directly with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their business context, refine requirements and build reliable, integrated, connected planning solutions in Anaplan. In addition to creating models, dashboard, integration process etc., you will provide end-user training, documentation and be the first point of escalation for support issues. If you enjoy working with end-users to build solutions to real-world problems and want to take your Anaplan skills to the next level, this is the role for you.

Documents and confirms user stories from business
Builds lists, modules, dashboards/New UX and excel add-in supporting business processes
Unit test configurations
Point of contact for end user questions and feedback
Serves as second level of support for defect resolution
Implements best practices and standards as defined by Anaplan
What you’ll bring
Anaplan Level 3 certified
Anaplan configuration/modeling expertise with 2+ years of experience including implementations, upgrades and roll outs.
Financial, data, or general Excel analyst background
Functional and business-facing communication skills
Intellectually curious analytical problem-solver
Self-directed and independent learner
Dedicated to optimizing processes and user experiences
Strong English communication skills
