Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

Define, design, develop, and implement complex Anaplan models, primarily supporting SalesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectivesTranslate business requirements into functional and technical requirementsTranslate existing solutions and modeling into sophisticated Anaplan modelsModify existing models to bring in new functionality, to optimize, or to connect with new modelsProvide architectural guidance adhering to best practices and latest Anaplan capabilities/releasesProvide technical direction to model builder teamScope and estimate effort of new requests; perform root cause analysis and provide solutionsCreate model documentation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Proven track record of successful Anaplan solution design and implementationExpertise in data analysis and manipulation, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insightsStrong understanding of financial modeling and SaaS business model and revenue recognitionAbility to work creatively and analyticallyExcellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving projects forwardStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsBachelors degree in Finance, Math, Business, Engineering or a related fieldAdvanced certification in Anaplan, ideally Master AnaplannerMinimum of 5 years model building experience with 2+ years of experience in large Anaplan implementation projects, ideally in Sales Planning projects
