Anatomic Path Support Representative III - Oklahoma City, OK - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

The Anatomic Pathology Support Representative III position is for an individual with previous AP support experience.  The individual will handle escalated/complex AP support functions, pending list issues and QA/QC functions.

Pay Range: $17.20+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Able to perform all duties of an AP Support Rep II.Provide QA/QC supportProvide training to newly hired employees, as neededMonitor and manage TIQ processProcess and manage send out testingManage and respond to problem tracking incidentsMonitor and manage pending listsMay administer and track approved release of AP materials according to corporate policyMay document client calls as indicated in corporate AP Report Notification policyHandle escalated calls and follow up with clientsResolve complex customer and AP support issuesCross training in both cytology and pathology support tasksParticipate as a team member in department process improvement activitiesEnsure compliance with all local, federal, CLIA and CAP regulations.Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

3 years of related experience

Preferred Work Experience:

Quest LIS knowledge

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of medical terminology

Skills:

PC skills, to include MS OfficeStrong data entry skillsGood clerical, organizational, problem solving, phone and communication skillsLeadership skills


EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree
High School Diploma or Equivalent(Required)
