Responsible for design leadership, design delivery & quality of assigned projectsDesign management of projects from ideation till as-built stagesEnsure all works are carried out as per the currently prevalent Codes and StandardsProvide design/technical leadership to resolve all outstanding design issuesLead role on assigned projects in obtaining internal stakeholder approvals, as necessaryLead role on assigned projects in obtaining approvals from statutory organizations in coordination with consultants as deemed necessary.Ensure design submitted by consultant(s) meets all requirements. (Drawings, Specifications and BOQ).Lead and ensure that design meets functional and aesthetic requirements Prepare presentations, renders, and reports etc. of the assigned projects for management review.Review & Comment on consultant’s documents and drawings in coordination with Engineering team & design specifications.Coordinate design activities / deliverables with architects, engineers, sub-consultants, stakeholders, agencies, tenants, etc., relative to facility design and systemsBuild and sustain stakeholder relationships, act as the primary design interface with team members, and a wide range of consultants and collaborators, both internal and externalDevelop and detail the Look & feel of all High-end Architectural & Interior finishesLiaise with various stakeholders on all interfacing projects & Design related issuesReview aspects of the design that are yet unresolved or that are revisited due to changePeriodical visit to the site(s) to ensure works are in line with approved design documentsReview and Approve samples, mockups, prototypes & benchmarks to ensure quality and perform quality review and meetings on-site in collaboration with the Central TeamMonitor the design program & reinforce the culture of an integrated teamSupport other departments like Procurement and Contracts, Legal etc. in all Project related mattersConduct regular meetings with consultants to ensure project is delivered on time and within the cost, meeting all expected standards.Report all activities to the reporting manager to ensure transparency in working.

Qualifications :- Degree in Architecture.

Relevant Experience :-  Overall years of experience shall be minimum 8 years.
