Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southwest Florida, Ft. Myers Academy provides a healing environment for at risk females. The academy offers evidence-based, intensive mental health services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its serene coastal setting and a focus on personalized treatment, Ft. Myers Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.
Pay: $50,000 annually

What you will do: As a maintenance supervisor you perform work orders including general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and unplugging drains. Also replace leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing, maintaining and installing swamp coolers/air conditioners, replacing floor tiles, carpeting and linoleum, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, and new construction, etc.
To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of equivalent experience, possess a current State Driver’s license and have acceptable driving for the last three years, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pm and as needed for emergencies
