We’re seeking an experienced Ancillary Partnerships Manager to join our Ancillaries team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Head of Ancillaries, you will play a key role in shaping our ancillary product strategy, with a focus on hotel-related ancillaries. Your responsibilities will range from assessing and testing new opportunities that enhance customer peace of mind to managing the performance of our existing product portfolio.

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an Ancillary Partnership Manager in the Ancillaries team you will be in charge of:
Identify, evaluate and prioritize new concepts and/or features of ancillary productsPartner with internal teams to test and launch new products along the customer journey, covering all aspects of it, from value proposition to the end user experience and financial recognition.Manage the performance of the related portfolio of productsWork with internal and external teams to evaluate on a recurrent basis customer satisfaction and adoption of the products, identifying opportunities for improvementBuild and drive the roadmap to, jointly with our partners, assess new products and improve the performance of the existing ones.Partner management, ensuring contract compliance and periodic partner performance review.Lead the day to day aspects of the products.What you need to succeed:

6+ years of experience building successful partnerships, ideally in the travel industry. Preferably an advance knowledge of the travel industry trends and playersExperience in consulting and/or technology firmsExperience managing partnersCritical thinking and strong problem solving skillsExcellent analytical skills and experience in building models and business casesHigh customer orientationNative or fluent level of EnglishPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.What’s in it for you?
