**Job Description:** + The hiring manager is looking for a strong program manager with a mix of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making. + In this role, you will help establish and drive improvements in the infrastructure needed to scale the reach and measure the impact of Intel Desk products and support day-to-day team operations. + You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse set of policy and enforcement challenges, liaise with senior leadership, and support the growth of a nascent but critical effort within mobile platforms. **Responsibilities:** + Manage Team operations including coordinating the production of regular Intel Desk products for exec audiences, overseeing daily work with vendors, and assessing risk across portfolios. + Establish & drive efforts to identify, track, measure, & report impact from Intel Desk products. + Scale analysis and investigations capabilities across the Team through ensuring access to data, developing dashboards & queries, and providing training. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience independently managing cross-functional programs through their full lifecycle to meet team-level objectives. + Experience leading, organizing, and managing program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics. + Experience monitoring and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigations and developing communications for executive and non-executive audiences. + Prior Security, Privacy, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Abuse role + Engaged with and crafted messaging for technical & non-technical stakeholders, at all levels + Developed and reported program success & impact metrics + Data analysis skills, including SQL and creating dashboards + Coordinated activities with external vendors, including processing POs and deliverable tracking + Experience developing & applying frameworks, such as risk framework & MITRE ATT&CK + Passionate about anti-abuse, bringing an adversarial mindset to work, and continuously learning to evolve with potential bad actors **Skills:** + Program Management + Data analytics + Mobile Platforms + Security, Privacy, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Abuse **Education:** + Technical Degree or equivalent experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
