**Overview** **Anesthesia Technician** **This is a PRN role** **As our Anesthesia Tech at** **St. Luke's Woodlands facility** **, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll assist with physiological monitoring of patient as during anesthia procedures.** **The Woodlands Hospital** is a 245 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around The Woodlands, Texas. This role is located at our Hospital Outpatient Department in Huntsville. **Position Summary** Performs a variety of technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist attending anesthesiologists, residents and nurse anesthetists in performing anesthetic procedures for patients ranging from infancy to geriatrics; Performs routine and delegated duties according to department policy. While you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance **This is a PRN role, the shift is days 6:30am to 3pm** **Responsibilities** + Assist anesthesia providers with physiological monitoring of patients, notifying the anesthesia providers of abnormalchanges in vital signs and physical appearance of the patient + Clean anesthesia machines, monitors and equipment following procedures established by Infection Control + Obtain supplies and equipment as requested by anesthesia providers + Assist with patient laboratory tests and results **Qualifications** + High School Diploma/GED + One (1) year of experience **Pay Range** $17.12 - $23.54 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
