Anesthesia Tech - Operating Room

** Will also perform Nursing Assistant duties as needed, including patient transport

Second shift, 1:00p-9:30p

Job Description:

The Anesthesia Technician assists the Anesthesia provider by maintaining appropriate equipment and supplies relative to surgical and/or anesthesia procedures.

Is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems with gas analyzers, monitors, and anesthesia machines.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent is required, or higher.

Must demonstration excellent communication, customer service, telephone, organizational and critical thinking skills.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent experience in specialty preferred.
