Job Title: Angiographer Pay Rate: $75.82 Per Hour Location: Murray, UT Schedule:  3 Months (Possible Extensions). Shift Details: 4 X 10s Days Job Duties: + Ensure proper patient identification and order verification, and prepare the patient for the exam + Prepares patients for exam using appropriate body mechanics + Identifies proper exams based on patient need and utilizes correct exam techniques + Produces quality images through the appropriate operation of equipment/instrumentation + Follows proper patient identification protocols + Thoroughly and accurately completes all required documentation, including time stamps and image storage + Maintains work area and stocks needed supplies + Transports patients as needed + Develops specific knowledge with regard to invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques + At the end of the procedure, may apply a closure device, suture the sheath in place, or remove the sheath and apply pressure to obtain hemostasis + Understands and applies principles of x-ray generation and safety + Understands and demonstrates the correct operation of imaging equipment + Provides patient education, as needed, and assures patient comfort + Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech, according to Angio lab policies and procedures and Scope of Practice documents .   Required Certifications & Licensure:  + ARRT registration + State of Utah Rad Tech License + Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers + Must have Vascular/Interventional radiography certification, or one year of Angio/Interventional experience Required Education:  + HS diploma or GED XPDEL, Inc. is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
