The Animator II will work within Zebra’s in house creative agency, Twenty6 Studios, to bring to life creative video solutions, animation, and motion graphics for video projects. This role must possess strong artistic and design
skills, strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational and project management, file-organization and archiving skills. The Animator II understands and adheres to corporate brand guidelines, including design and voice elements, while adhering to project timelines. This role will have an emphasis on creating rigs and assets for 2D and 3D animation work, visual effects graphics, developing storyboards, responsible for consulting with clients to help determine motion graphics need, collaborating with a team and a passion for delivering accurate and clean final files. Will collaborate with video editors, freelancers, and project managers to create innovative concepts aligning with Zebra's strategic objectives and delivering best-in-class video for Zebra Technologies.

Responsibilities:
Design 2D and 3D animations for video deliverables individually and cooperatively with Twenty6 Studios team.Prepare motion graphics animations from concept to execution with quick turnaround, including,but not limited to: brainstorm concepts, scripts, draft storyboards, allocating elements, animating, mixing VO/music, editing, and photo retouching.Actively work on multiple projects, in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, working against project timelines to ensure deliverables are produced on time.Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new ideas and perspectives.Properly classify, organize and archive raw video within established metadata standards.Under regular instruction, manage the posting and distribution of video assets to a common digital asset management system and key stakeholders.Researches new trends and maintain best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in animation/video production at a creative/advertising agency or in-house creative agencyProfessional experience with animating in fast-paced environments, such as agencies, media, or design studios.Proficiency with video equipment and editing software: Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Audition software.Take work from concept to final execution within deadlinesDevelops sketches, comps, roughs to visualize ideas if necessaryHigh-level experience with animating video content for use in the digital space.Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, project-management and timemanagement skillsDemonstrate a collaborative, cross-functional approach for planning and problem solving Highly creative with the willingness to continually explore new creative paths Reel or Portfolio including examples of work must be submitted for consideration
