The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department’s daily operations. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives, and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.

Daily productivity and expense management and support unit/department manager with budget preparation

Support daily staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity

Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals Encourage associate participation in decision through shared governance structure.

Develop an understanding around the importance of relationships and support team dynamics by role modeling professional behavior.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

BSN required.

A minimum of two years of OR experience

One-year clinical leadership preferred.

Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State

BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Must achieve and maintain professional certification within two years of becoming ANM.
