Key Responsibilities:
Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from advisors, clients, and beneficiaries. This is not a call center, however our new hire will be taking an average of 30 calls a day, developing a personalized relationship with our clientDiscuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines.Demonstrates consistent proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets and products to provide accurate and timely information.Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.Maintains professionalism during interactions with advisors, clients, and beneficiaries.Cross-trains across franchises in New Business, Post Issue and Death Claims in order to load balance inbound calls.Performs other duties as required.Mandatory Qualifications

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
