Annuity Operations Case Manager
Guardian’s Annuity New Business CARE team is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an **Annuity Operations Case Manager** . We are looking for someone with strong initiative, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity; enabling us to discover deeper insights into our business and identify innovative ways to accelerate our growth. This individual will be responsible for supporting all facets of new business administration and working with internal and external partners. As the Operations Case Manager, you’re highly motivated and empowered to take ownership and accountability for each consumer interaction, keep consumers informed during every step of handling their request, demonstrate genuine care, and actively engage with consumers to create meaningful and unexpected experiences. You will + Serve as a subject matter expert on annuities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various annuity products, features, and regulations. + Provide mentorship and support to our consumers, financial advisors, and internal teams regarding annuity related inquiries and transactions. + Effectively manage annuity cases from initiation to resolution, overseeing the entire process to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and clients to optimize workflows and provide exceptional customer experience. + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our consumers, financial advisors, and other stakeholders. + Act as a trusted partner, providing proactive communication, timely updates, and personalized solutions to address individual needs and concerns. + Effectively cover incoming and outgoing phone calls, serving as a central point of contact for our consumers. + Partner with Product Management, Compliance, and various departments across the organization to orchestrate successful and compliant product launches. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, efficiently managing multiple business processes or functions. + Operate at a high level to consistently exceed business unit quality and service level agreement standards. You have + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial service industry. + A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. + In-depth knowledge of various annuity products, including fixed, variable, and indexed annuities. + Experience working in client support or relationship management role within the financial services industry. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across a variety of assignments. + Exceptional level of accountability, discretion, and independent decision making. + Skill for a consumer-centric mindset; you know what it takes to deliver exceptional Wow experiences. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Location This is a flexible position requiring 3 days per week in the Guardian Bethlehem, PA office. **Salary Range:** $48,170.00 - $72,260.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
