Job Description

The Annuity Renewal Specialist will assist in maintaining customer data and provide pre/post-sales support, including general administrative support to sales teams and customers. The main focus of this role is to support subscription sales through back-office and operational support, primarily involving renewal price quoting.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining customer data and provide pre/post-sales support.Support subscription sales through back-office and operational support.Generate and adjust renewal price quotes.Handle escalations in a timely and professional manner.Document and follow processes and procedures.Consult with the sales team to provide renewal quotes and adjust proposals as required.Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities.Collaborate on customer service strategies and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities with sales teams.Process pre-sales tasks and post-sales requests.Develop a fundamental working knowledge of partner subscription solutions.Oversee the subscription email inbox and respond to basic sales questions.Attend partner and internal training sessions.Respond to email and phone inquiries from internal and external associates.Communicate effectively and constructively with management, peers, and coworkers.Develop business relationships with internal and external support.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma.Minimum of one year experience in an operational, back-office, or sales support role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain professional relationships with all departments.Demonstrated ability to multitask.Strong problem-solving skills.Proven success in managing and working a pipeline.Time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced work environment.Experience in technology sales.Ability to work independently.Working knowledge of software subscriptions.Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model requiring occasional on-site presence in Vernon Hills or downtown Chicago. The work hours are 8am-5pm CST/EST, with an 8-hour workday and a 1-hour lunch break. The team consists of 8 remote coworkers, with the manager based out of Appleton, WI. The work environment is business casual and corporate, with flexible timing and opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
