A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. 

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestionsDelivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer engagement 

Teamwork + Communication

Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to othersCollaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings and store initiativesParticipates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire the customer

Visual + Business Operations

Upholds the Anthropologie Home Outlet visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; maintains product tagging standards Assists leadership team in receiving and placing new product; supports customer in-store pickup order processAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store Role Qualifications Passion for Anthropologie home decorExperience in customer serviceAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture The Perks

Pay Range Starting from USD $15.00/Hr. Anthropologie Wage Transparency
