 As a Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, developing visually striking and effective designs for a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve creating compelling visual content across both digital and print mediums, including website assets, social media visuals, email marketing templates, branding materials, and print collateral. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to bring creative concepts to life and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with clients' goals and brand identities. Duties include but are not limited to:

  

Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and design concepts for clients' marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and client goals.Design assets for websites, social media, digital ads, emails, print materials, brochures, and more.Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their branding guidelines.Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring technical specifications are met for each platform.  Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software, applying new techniques to enhance creative output. Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency setting or with exposure to a variety of clients and industries.Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with knowledge of other design and      prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) a plus.Web & Digital Design: Strong understanding of web and digital design principles, including responsive design, social media      graphics, and email marketing templates. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a wide range of design work (digital, print, and branding).Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design      concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, delivering      high-quality work within established timelines.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all design work is polished, on-brand, and consistent with client      expectations.Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and project requirements while maintaining creativity and quality.

Preferred:

Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere      Pro).

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and an understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
