Qualtrics continues to grow the field of Experience Management, bringing insights and actions to customers across the globe. To support our mission, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the ANZ, develop a strong marketing strategy, and execute a plan with unique experiences and field events that drive demand and revenue. This marketer will closely partner with marketing counterparts as well as the regional enterprise sales team and sales development representatives on field events and account-based marketing initiatives to create a steady stream of pipeline across multiple product lines and industries.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nOwn planning, strategic vision and execution of ANZ regional field marketing plans that create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth\nStrong understanding, experience and passion of events (online and offline), demand generation, partner marketing, abm and revenue attribution.\nThink creatively and generate ideas to build robust, unique 1:1 and 1:Few events  \nPartner with fellow field and ABM marketers, as well as sales and broader marketing counterparts to develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that support multiple products, industries and customers\nCreate, execute, monitor a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign and event\nSupport the ANZ sales leads on logistics and execution for virtual and in-person event programs such as roundtables, meetups, workshops, executive dinners, etc.\nWork cross-functionally with SDRs, sales, product, growth and digital marketing, customer success and many others to execute region-specific marketing plans\nWork with Marketing and Revenue Ops teams to manage measurement of every program and its impact through Tableau reporting; evaluate event/campaign ROI, ensure department consistency in reporting, and present recommendations for improvement\nMaintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all events and campaigns\nManage and maintain invoicing process and accounting for events to ensure consistent tracking across all regions\nTravel across ANZ  to provide onsite support for events as needed\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\nMust have 7+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or agency role with a proven track record of commercial results or as a field marketing manager, with ownership of a country marketing number \nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.\nProven experience on end-to-end ownership of B2B marketing and events role (enterprise software, SaaS, regional marketing a plus) in environments with Sales Executives, and Customer Executives\nHands on experience co-developing strategic account plans with Sales for Enterprise Software accounts\nExcellent copywriting skills and attention to detail for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials\nKnowledge of Salesforce, On24, Coda, Qualtrics and other event management software preferred\nStrong understanding, experience and passion of events (online and offline), demand generation and revenue attribution.\nAbility to manage time, juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.\nSkilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less and track record of staying on budget.\nExperience working in a fast paced and highly cross-functional organisation.\nFluent in English, other language is a plus\n\n
