CyberArk is looking for a result driven and collaborative National Sales Leader who will report into the ANZ Area Vice President. You will have the opportunity to lead our team of account executives to work on an existing and growing portfolio across the ANZ with a focus on public sector segments across State Government, Local Government, Education and Healthcare. This is a leadership position and you are required to create a common vision for the team and lead them towards high growth and success.
You are expected to create an inclusive work environment, to lead by example and promote behaviors aligned with CyberArk culture and values. This is a hands-on sales leader role, and you will have to be a role model in building senior relationships with customers and business partners. You should also demonstrate experience in crafting and managing a national business plan which outlines coverage and segmentation models and defines addressable revenue potential by segments and accounts.
You will be expected to be a strong team player to work closely and collaboratively with the wider ANZ management team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the FedGov + SLEDH sectors (Federal/State/Local Government, Education and Healthcare) sales strategy nationally while working with ANZ AVPExecute effective planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with all relevant pre- and post sales functions.Broaden stakeholder management in order to drive net new pipeline growth as well as revenue growth across the existing customer baseBuild, hire, and lead a team of experienced Account Executives, cultivating a culture of success and continuous improvement through your coaching. You are required to guide the team through fast-paced sales cycles and ambitious growth targets.Grow and maintain effective business relationships within CyberArk APJ and Global to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organizationSupervise the development of increasingly large opportunities in order to (over)achieve revenue targets and sponsor C-level contacts across the enterprise account portfolio.Provide thought leadership for the ANZ Enterprise market and represent CyberArk’s brand internally and externallyEnsure effective training and use of Sales management tools such as SFDC, Clari and Tableau for account planning, contact information, opportunity management, forecasting, and win/loss analysisProvide ongoing coaching for the team by leveraging available sales methodologies and tailor sales objectives to maximize revenue potential per segment and accountEnsure revenue predictability through effective forecasting and pipeline management#LI-EO1
QualificationsExperience managing sales team in enterprise software platform organizations. Willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves” and be actively involved in sales cycles on top of your management responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability in motivating, coaching and building inclusive high performance teamsProven track record in FedGov + SLEDH sectors. Strong knowledge of selling cycle, levers, mechanics around building and closing large government contracts (whole of government arrangements)Proven ability to apply a data driven approach towards business planning, territory management and opportunity managementExperience with leveraging value-based selling methodologies in a multi-stakeholder environmentClearly understands SaaS metrics and applies them to drive superior growth and business performanceAgile and results driven with a proven ability to build inclusive, creative and productive work environmentIndependent and Creative Problem-Solver: As a self-starter comfortable in autonomous roles, you excel highly diverse environments and are skilled at independently overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions for the team.Able to demonstrate task orientation and strong time management skills.Ability to apply good interpersonal skills to further cement your already strong standing in FedGov + SLEDH sectorsCybersecurity experience is a bonus
