Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient AOG Lead Coordinator to join our team in Doral, United States. As the AOG Lead Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of AOG events, including communication with maintenance teams, suppliers, and other stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategies to minimize aircraft downtime and optimize resource allocation during AOG situationsManage the logistics of parts and personnel deployment to AOG locationsLiaise with various departments, including maintenance, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and problem resolutionMonitor and track AOG events, providing regular status updates to management and relevant teamsAnalyze AOG data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop preventive measuresEnsure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies throughout the AOG resolution processMaintain accurate documentation and records of all AOG events and resolutionsParticipate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for AOG situations as needed

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (preferred)3-5 years of experience in aviation operations or maintenance coordinationStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with aviation maintenance softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExceptional time management skills and attention to detailIn-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance proceduresThorough understanding of aviation regulations and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with airline operations and logisticsExperience handling Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situationsRelevant aviation certifications (e.g., A&P license) are a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredStrong adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure in time-sensitive situations
