Responsibilities Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined market Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings Participates in the client meetings, takes notes, develop and draft deliverables based on project scope and statement of work, with the supervision of senior colleagues Develops presentation materials for clients with the high quality Skills and experience that will lead to success We’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.
