Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.  Skills and experience that will lead to success   We’re looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.    This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.   Opportunity with Enterprise Client Group (ECG) Our ECG team is at the forefront of changing how we work together on behalf of clients. This is a highly coordinated approach across all solution lines and geographies that’s allowing us to explore unmet client needs in ways we’ve not been able to before. We can then scale those outcomes to similar clients or across industries. Work closely with Enterprise Client Consultants, Enterprise Client Leaders, Finance and Operations to manage client data and reporting Support regional teams on a specific set of clients, ensuring overall understanding of client dynamics, priorities & opportunities Support creation of client team deliverables (both internal & external) Performs day-to-day execution and task completion; provides frequent status updates to relevant ECLs, and responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks. Expected to serve as back-up support (even if not directly aligned) for other regions In addition to on-the-job training, our interns actively participate, along with their fellow intern colleagues, in a formal Development Plan.
