How you’ll make an impact:

Act as a system and process expert for data recognition tool and AP bots to identify improvements of process and business KPIs. Provide support to internal business partners by extending the expertise in AP and RPA area. Support and coach team members. The main regional scope is EMEACLA, can be extended to global.

Ensure timely and accurate dataflow and workflow from scanning to processing of invoices in ABBYY system. Evaluate, investigate and ensure timelines of invoice processing by bot and ABBYY Optical Character Recognition. Integrate seamless flow between bot, ABBYY, Coupa. Review and resolve complex operational and system issues. Identify and address technical issues to other supportive teams RPA, IT, ABBYY support. Follow up on disputes, issues.Propose and execute system and process enhancements to meet business needs and requirements. Collaborate with team members, AP teams, RPA to collect and assess the findings and provide solution to issues and deviations.Perform and provide feedback for UAT to implement improvements. Generate and maintain reports. Track and translate the data into action to ensure KPIs are met.Provide coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to IT, local finance teams, requestorsAdmin role for business unit database, ensure all master files are reviewed and updated on regular basisOther duties as assigned by management for instance support project.

What you'll need (Required):

University Degree and some experience in related field e.g. finance/accountingProficiency in English

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel.Knowledge of any ERP systems e.g. JDE, SAP etc., and tools e.g. Coupa is a plusStrict attention to detailExcellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and critical thinkingAbility to work independently and proactive approach and ability to learnAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
