Responsible for moderately complex accounting activities related to the maintenance of a complete and accurate AP sublegder as well as general ledger and the resulting managerial reports and financial statements. Performs filing of accounting records. Typical responsibilities include:

Maintain AP sub legder, including preparing journal entries, coding invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, handle AP transaction related discrepancies and issuesPerform accounts payable duties (e.g. verifying all invoices for payment, ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts)Assist internal and external auditors (incl. preparation work, explaining issues and providing supporting materials and procedures)Ensure that all AP related financial statements and reports are in accordance with rules and regulations of IFRS and local GAAP/ tax rules and are prepared accurately and timelyInitiate modifications/ enhancements to automated solutions and  data management as well as recommend necessary department controls 

Over 1 Years working experience as Accountant plus knowledge of computerized accounting system
