**Job Title: AP Analyst**
**Location: Warsaw, Poland**
_Position Summary:_
The AP Analyst oversees the financial data analysis for the AP process. The AP Analyst is the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable operations including vendor payments, invoice processing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a member of Accounts Payable team, you will drive efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies. e leader of the global travel and expense management process, vendors and system.
_Key Areas of Responsibility:_
• Process vendor invoices for Turkey in accordance with company policies;
• Ensure proper matching of invoices with the payments;
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts as required;
• Managing and resolving AP issues, cooperating closely with Business Representatives;
• Being a proactive team member, recognizing areas for improvements and efficiencies which can streamline the invoicing process and/or reduce risks;
• Resolution of internal and external client queries;
• Support activities related to Internal Controls and Audits;
• Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts;
• Ensure accurate financial transaction processing and timely communication to
internal and external partners;
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies;
• Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Supervisor;
• General ledger journal entries processing;
• Ad hoc reports related to Accounts Payable and General Ledger transactions;
_Basic Qualifications:_
• BA in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• 3+ years of related experience;
• Strong MS Excel skills;
• Ability to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment;
• Experience communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers;
• Ability to work in small team environments to solve complex problems;
• Able to learn and use Oracle applications, business objects and other software tools;
• Time management skills and able to multi-task and monitor task till closure;
• Must speak Turkish and Good English and able to effectively communicate concisely to Global partners;
