Job Summary:
Diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment and possess strong research, analytical, and reconciliation skills. As a Tier 2 AP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our accounts payable processes, interacting with customers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Looking for... Entry-level Accounting graduates who have a strong affinity for technology and are eager to learn. OR... Strong AP Processors with solid job history and have a strong Analyst side / job history. Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Research & Analysis: Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide insights into financial data. Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries. High-Volume Processing: Manage large volumes of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of efficient workflows. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all account payable activities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support overall financial goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field… for entry Level Candidates ***Not required for the experienced candidates Strong computer skills and proficiency in accounting software; experience with Yardi is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
