AP Analyst
Job Title: AP Analyst
Job Description

This AP Analyst will serve as the right hand to the AP Manager and liaison between the AP and GL accounting groups. The role includes processing approximately 100 invoices a month and handling various ad-hoc responsibilities. The AP Analyst will support the manager with audits, reconciliations, journal entries, and serve as the backup person for weekly check runs.

ResponsibilitiesProcess approximately 100 invoices per month.Serve as the liaison between the AP and GL accounting groups.Support the AP Manager with audits, reconciliations, and journal entries.Act as the backup person for weekly check runs.Manage vendor relationships and handle invoice processing.Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as required.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in accounts payable for a company with $500 million+ in revenue.Understanding of general accounting principles.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookups, and working with large data sets.ERP experience with Great Plains or NetSuite.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field.Services industry experience is a plus.Experience working with international teams is beneficial.Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The AP Analyst will report to the AP Manager and work closely with a team of four. The position involves collaborating with both the Philadelphia team and an international team based in the Philippines. Full benefits are provided, and the role offers an opportunity to gain experience in both GL Accounting and Accounts Payable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
