The Job

This position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD.  This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.

The Daily

Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and proceduresSupport PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO’s correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)Review PCard statement submissions for complianceMonitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applicationsSupport integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systemsSupport PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where neededServe as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.

The Essentials

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferredMin 4-6 of years relevant experience in PTPExperience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferredExperience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferredA working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Should have a complete understanding of the PTP processStrong listening, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, creatively and efficientlyProven track record in meeting deadlines
