We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Accounts Payable and Expenses Team Leader to ensure best-in-class service for our internal teams, employees, and vendor partners. You will have experience in people management and will be able to draw on your experience to identify and solve problems, and find solutions to limit issues rising in the future,

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with a minimum of two days in the office required per week

A team player – working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and ensure financial accuracy.

What you will be doing: 

Lead the AP team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and expenses. Drive process improvements, increasing automation and touchless processing rates. Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching, appraisals, and recruitment. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and fiscal deadlines. Collaborate across departments to optimise cash flow management and financial operations. Solve complex problems, implementing solutions that improve efficiency and prevent recurrence.
