Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)AP/AR-
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.AP w/ a focus on: Quality, Small Parts, Inventory, MTR’s This is a role w/ lots of responsibility and accountability,Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.A/R account reconciliationsAssist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports. Maintain accurate historical records by filing documents. Perform other related duties as assigned.AP/AR Qualifications:
Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and Accounts Receivable Specialist. 3 years experience requiredProficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
