Title: AP/AR Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated AP/AR & Customer Service Administrator for a position in Sherwood! This role is on-site with flexible hours. The candidate will be responsible for a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
+ AP/AR Processing (250 invoices/month)
+ Customer Service/Incoming Calls - directing customers to the correct departments
+ Administrative/HR Documentation - data entry, filing, scheduling
+ Remaining responsibilities will involve miscellaneous office management tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of AP/AR processing experience
+ Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits)
+ Comfortable taking incoming calls
+ Experienced with Microsoft Excel (basic experience, templates provided)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Sage 100 software experience (preferred)
+ Previous experience with ISO quality control (preferred)
+ Bookkeeping experience
+ Previous experience with HR documentation preferred
Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial environment with a relaxed dress code. The environment is supportive and collaborative, with a focus on maintaining a professional and customer service-oriented demeanor.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
